Paranormal Investigation FAQ

Question 1

Do you charge a fee to investigate a private residence or business?

Accepted Answer

No. Our investigation and support services are free.

Question 2

Do you travel outside of Nashville?

Accepted Answer

Our travel radius extends up to 50 miles for private cases. If you're outside that range, we can connect you with a trusted team closer to you.

Question 3

I have a business or historical property that needs to be investigated, but I need the team to be discreet.

Accepted Answer

Your privacy is our top priority. We understand that some locations don't want public attention — we can schedule and investigate quietly.

Question 4

How can I request an investigation?

Accepted Answer

You can fill out our contact form, our investigation request form, or call us at (615) 852-5161. We'll talk through what's going on and schedule from there.

Question 5

What days can you investigate?

Accepted Answer

Weekends are the easiest for the full team, but we will make every effort to work around your availability.

Question 6

How fast can your team come out?

Accepted Answer

Typically we can determine timing within 5 to 10 days, depending on the size of the location and how many investigators are needed.

Question 7

Do you have to investigate at night?

Accepted Answer

No. Activity can happen any time of day unless you've noticed a pattern. Night investigations are just more common.

Question 8

Can I be present during the investigation?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — we welcome homeowners and business owners to be present if they'd like.

Question 9

Can you come sage/bless my house and get rid of a spirit?

Accepted Answer

Banishing a spirit isn't always a one-size-fits-all solution. We can often calm activity, and we can talk you through different clearing options and the risks involved. Reach out and we'll go over what's best for your situation.
